I offer individual in-person therapy for women in Burlington as well as virtually across Ontario, with sessions tailored to support your personal growth and emotional well-being.

Many of the women I work with are carrying a lot. They’re moving through big transitions, trying to balance many roles, or navigating seasons that feel heavier than expected. Together, we can explore concerns such as:
